DiSLiDaS Workshop at Jerusalem NexusLinguarum Meeting enjoyed audience from 18 countries around the world
On the 23rd of May, a workshop on Taxonomy and Annotation of Offensive Language: Implicitness was organized by Use Case 4.1.1 (Barbara Lewandowska-Tomaszczyk, Slavko Žitnik, Anna Bączkowska, Giedrė Valūnaitė Oleškevičienė, Chaya Liebeskind, Kristina Despot, Ana Ostroški Anić), within the framework of COST Action 18209 NexusLinguarum. The workshop was a hybrid event with the on-site part hosted at the Jerusalem College of Technology, Israel. It attracted close to 30 participants both from WG4 and other NexusLinguarum WGs.
The Cost Action CA18209 NexusLinguarum is glad to announce the International Scientific Interdisciplinary Conference “LLOD approaches for language data research and management” – LLODREAM2022, addressing LLOD modeling, resources & interlinking in linguistics, humanities, social & life sciences, technology, and translation.
The workshop will focus on linguistic data and on the efficient use of deep learning to comprehend the specificities of linguistic data.
Announcing the upcoming Nexus Workshops Days in Jerusalem (23-24 May 2022),with the strong local support by Chaya Liebeskin, Jerusalem College of Technology, Jerusalem. Those workshops have the goal to strengthen the cooperation between the WGs of NexusLInguarum, also with external contributions!

The focus of this workshop is to reveal novel approaches, methodologies and frameworks on profiling Linguistic Linked Data (LLD) (corpora, lexicons, ontologies, etc.) as well as to highlight tools and user interfaces that can effectively assist different use cases for profiling such data.
